WIC Nutritionist (Greenfield)
About the Role Community Action Pioneer Valley’s WIC program seeks a full‑time nutritionist to provide nutrition assessment, education, and counseling to pregnant and postpartum individuals, infants, and children up to age 5. The Nutritionist will serve participants in individual and group settings at WIC sites in Orange, Greenfield, and Northampton, including some evening and weekend hours.
Responsibilities
Conduct nutrition assessment, education, and counseling for pregnant, postpartum, infants, and children up to age 5.
Provide services in individual and group settings across WIC sites in Orange, Greenfield, and Northampton, including evening and weekend hours.
Collaborate with WIC staff to support participant health goals and WIC program objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in public health nutrition, nutrition, foods and nutrition, or nutrition education.
One year of experience in clinical or community nutrition.
Eligibility for a pay differential for bilingual applicants.
