Maintenance Assistant Sr Living – American Senior Communities
Opportunity Part‑time. The Maintenance Assistant assists the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the community’s physical plant and grounds, ensuring a safe, attractive, and enjoyable living environment for our residents, staff, and the public.

Requirements

Prior maintenance experience preferred.
Knowledge in electrical, heating, and cooling helpful.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
