Job Description Domino’s Customer Service Reps perform customer service duties and pizza‑making duties. They are responsible for providing quality customer service as well as making our delicious food with pride.
Responsibilities
Provide quality customer service
Prepare and assemble pizza with pride
Assist store operations and use store technology
Qualifications
Must be 16 years of age or older
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to operate store technology
Ability to assist store operations
Demonstrates ability to maintain food and team member safety
Work Conditions Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks. In‑store temperatures range from 36°F to 90°F+ in some areas. Sudden changes in temperature both inside and outside. Fumes from food odors. Exposure to cornmeal dust. Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler. Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher. Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
Physical Requirements include standing, walking, sitting for paperwork, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, and hand tasks. Machines, tools, equipment and aids include pencils, pens, computers, telephones, calculators, hair nets, aprons, gloves, pizza cutter, and pizza peel.
