Commercial Lines Assistant
– BancFirst Insurance Services, Inc. (BFINS) Position Summary The Commercial Lines Assistant will support Account Manager(s) and/or producers in the servicing and processing of new and renewal business and other tasks assigned in a timely, accurate and positive manner. Location 13230 Pawnee Drive, Suite 205, Oklahoma City, OK 73114 Employment Type Full Time, Onsite Essential Duties & Responsibilities Process new, renewal, endorsement, audit policies and perform on-line rating functions and quoting upon licensure. Verify that coverages on applications in EPIC reflect the policy accurately. Resolve discrepancies between EPIC and policy by consulting appropriate supervisor. Assist Account Manager on special projects, mail outs, and submissions. Perform other job related duties and special projects as assigned. Requirements / Qualifications High School Education mandatory; college degree preferred. Ability to learn Property and Casualty insurance in a fast paced environment. Proficiency with computer technology including Word, Excel and other relevant programs. Ability to operate computers and general office equipment. Aptitude for accuracy and attention to detail. Organizational and time‑management skills to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to interact with associates at all levels of responsibility.
