Lia Toyota Northampton - Parts Counterperson
We are seeking an experienced Parts Counterperson to join our team.
Compensation:
$47k-$55k+ based on experience and skill level.
Sign On Bonus:

Requirements
Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
Have experience with auto parts sales (preferred).
Basic computer skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Professional personal appearance & positive attitude with a customer service mentality.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have a clean and valid driver's license.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
Work with parts manager to locate any parts not in stock.
Complete special order part requests for customers.
Communicate with customer on parts status.
Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to the industry.
