What You’ll Do
Pick products from designated warehouse locations using work orders or clear verbal direction.
Confirm item identity and quantities; perform visual checks for defects or discrepancies.
Pack materials according to specific requirements to ensure safe transit.
Prepare shipping labels, verify delivery addresses, and finalize all required documents.
Coordinate with carriers to ensure punctual dispatch and smooth handoffs.
Update inventory counts in the system; report shortages and overages as they occur.
Assist with loading/unloading vehicles and collaborate to achieve daily shipping goals.

Must-Haves
Detail-focused multitasker who communicates clearly and works well on a team.
Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently and follow written work instructions.
Forklift licensed/certified; comfortable operating in a warehouse setting.
High School diploma or GED.
Basic computer skills with familiarity in inventory/warehouse systems.
Hands-on experience in shipping/receiving, packaging, and general warehouse operations—especially within manufacturing.
Where You’ll Work
On-site in a warehouse/manufacturing environment, using standard material handling tools and equipment.
Physical demands include standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and maintaining strong visual acuity.
Schedule
Full-time on-site position averaging 36 hours per week; overtime may be required.
Must be able to move throughout all departments and lift up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities may be updated as operational priorities shift.
