Receiving Specialist & Sales Associate

Responsibilities
Manage the store’s backroom operations by receiving products into the POS system, keeping products organized and accounted for, and helping process weekly pallets.
Process damaged or defective products back to the Fulfillment Center and report these items to the Inventory Control Team.
Provide every customer with a great experience and maintain a strong sense of product knowledge.
Maintain accurate inventory, ensuring proper placement and display of merchandise.
Reach daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
Maintain store presentation according to company standards, including housekeeping, merchandising, and retail standards for the backroom and workstations.
Stay aware of all product knowledge information, merchandise promotions, and advertisements set forth by the Marketing Team.
Qualifications
Previous retail, inventory management, customer service, or sales experience.
Ability to work a retail schedule, including occasional nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong computer acumen, writing, and math ability to count and manage inventory and control cash.
A self‑starter mentality with a strong attention to detail.
An open mind, eagerness to learn, and a willingness to be part of the riding community.
Experience with computers and POS systems (particularly RetailPro).
Motorcycle riding, knowledge, or interest is a plus (not a requirement).
