What You’ll Do
Lead enterprise‑wide transformation programs that matter. Take ownership of high‑visibility initiatives that span multiple functions, ensuring alignment with Edmentum’s strategic priorities and delivering measurable business results.
Design and embed frameworks that elevate performance. Champion transformation methodologies and governance standards that create clarity, consistency, and accountability across the enterprise.
Drive operational excellence at scale. From risk management to performance tracking, implement systems that enable transparency and empower leaders to make informed decisions quickly.
Influence and inspire senior leadership. Synthesize complex information into actionable insights, guiding executive decision‑making and shaping the future of the organization.
Build talent and capability for the long term. Mentor project‑management professionals, lead enablement programs, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader. Bring strategic foresight and operational precision to every conversation, helping Edmentum evolve and thrive in a dynamic, fast‑changing environment.
Who You Are
10+ years of experience leading enterprise program management and transformation initiatives with measurable business impact.
Strategic thinker who thrives on turning big‑picture goals into actionable plans and tangible results.
Expertise in PMO governance, change management, and cross‑functional program delivery, with ability to scale frameworks across a complex organization.
Fluency in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies, tailoring approaches to fit diverse initiative needs.
Advanced proficiency with Smartsheet, JIRA, ADO, MIRO, Confluence, and BI tools such as PowerBI or Tableau, leveraging them to drive clarity and accountability.
Comfortable navigating technical environments and using data‑driven insights to influence decisions at the highest levels.
Inclusive leader who inspires collaboration, champions organizational values, and builds high‑performing teams.
Exceptional communication skills, distilling complex information into executive‑ready insights that drive action.
Passionate about fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement, leading by example.
Bias for action, adaptability in dynamic environments, and ability to anticipate risks before they become roadblocks.
Willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.

Pay range:
$150,000—$180,000 USD
We also offer a comprehensive benefits package to support overall well‑being and work‑life balance.
