Collaborate with the Store Director to recruit, develop, and mentor a talented team.
Drive excellence by managing daily operations focused on guest service, visual merchandising, and sales.
Create memorable experiences, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and anticipate trends.
Hold yourself and your team to the highest performance standards.
What You Bring
At least three years of retail leadership experience.
Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for sales.
Proven ability to hire, train, and inspire a team.
Deep commitment to guest service and creating memorable experiences.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Positive energy and track record of fostering a positive work environment.
Physical Demands
Stand, walk, and handle merchandise frequently.
Reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed.
Lift and/or move up to 40 pounds regularly.
