We are seeking an experienced Performance & Attribution Analyst to support portfolio analytics, reporting, and investment decision‑making.

Position Overview The Performance & Attribution Analyst will be responsible for delivering high‑quality performance measurement, attribution analysis, and portfolio reporting across multiple investment strategies. The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise, strong attention to detail, and the ability to interpret and communicate complex data to portfolio managers and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Produce daily, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for internal teams and external clients.

Conduct multi‑level performance attribution (equity, fixed income, multi‑asset) using industry‑standard methodologies.

Leverage

FactSet

for performance calculations, attribution modeling, portfolio analytics, and report automation.

Maintain data quality and ensure accuracy across all performance systems and reporting processes.

Collaborate with portfolio managers, risk teams, and operations to investigate performance anomalies or data issues.

Assist with the implementation and enhancement of performance tools, workflows, and reporting infrastructure.

Build dashboards, automate reporting, and streamline analytics workflows using software tools (Excel, VBA, Power BI, Python—optional based on preference).

Support internal and external audits related to performance data and GIPS compliance (if applicable).

Required Qualifications

3‑8 years of experience in performance measurement, attribution analysis, asset management, or financial analytics.

Extensive hands‑on experience with FactSet , specifically in performance and attribution modules.

Strong understanding of performance methodologies (time‑weighted return, money‑weighted return, Brinson attribution, fixed‑income attribution, benchmark analysis).

High proficiency in Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables; VBA a plus).

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data validation skills with a high attention to detail.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, or related field.

Ability to clearly communicate complex analytical insights to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

Experience with portfolio accounting systems, data warehouses, and reporting tools.

Familiarity with GIPS standards.

Experience using Python, SQL, or BI tools for data automation and visualization.

CFA or CIPM designation (or progress toward one).
