Novaris Search is excitedly partnered with a thriving, dynamic player in the Nutraceutical Ingredient industry, dedicated to advancing health and wellness solutions.
We are seeking an accomplished Operations Director with expertise in nutraceutical ingredients to lead the production processes and uphold exceptional quality standards across their state‑of‑the‑art facility.
Key Responsibilities
Direct and manage plant operations, including production, maintenance and quality assurance
Develop and implement manufacturing processes tailored to nutraceutical ingredient standards
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise plant performance and productivity
Ensure adherence to industry‑specific regulations and safety standards
Lead, mentor and develop plant staff to achieve operational goals
Analyse data to identify opportunities for efficiency enhancements and cost reductions
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering or Science related field
At least 5 years experience in plant management within the nutraceutical ingredient industry
Strong leadership skills and proven project management capabilities
Excellent problem‑solving and communication abilities
Comprehensive knowledge of nutraceutical industry regulations and best practices
