Lead, communicate, coach, mentor, and train your team to embody our mission and drive high performance. Balance people leadership with business strategy to continuously improve operations and resident satisfaction. Advocate for your team to enhance individual performance while delivering excellent service to internal and external customers. Proactive, organized, team-player mindset with a passion to exceed expectations. Qualifications
Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager. Prior supervisory experience: selection and hiring, team training and coaching, budget processing. Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes: Fair Housing laws and regulations, building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, accounting principles, property safety, and use of property management and accounting software. Strong understanding of balancing income and expenses to achieve best overall results. Occasional travel required. Knowledge of OneSite and Ops Technology strongly encouraged. Benefits
