We’re hiring
Entry-Level Event Assistants
to join our fast-growing team and help deliver
exciting live events, promotional campaigns, and community activations .
No experience? No problem! We provide
paid training, hands‑on experience, and a clear path to growth
in event coordination, marketing, and leadership.
What You’ll Do
Support on-site
event setup, execution, and teardown
for live activations and community events
Coordinate
event logistics , including vendor setup, equipment organization, and guest registration
Engage with attendees to create a
positive brand experience
and provide excellent customer service
Manage
signage, branded displays, and giveaways
to ensure smooth operations
Handle administrative tasks such as
attendance tracking, data entry, and post-event reporting
Represent partner brands professionally and maintain a polished, approachable presence
Contribute to
post-event reviews
to improve future marketing and promotional efforts
Who We’re Looking For
Strong
communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
High
attention to detail
and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive, approachable, and
team-oriented personality
Interest in learning about
event coordination, marketing, promotions, and brand ambassador roles
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
No prior experience required —
full paid training provided
