Director of Software Engineering – CyberCoders
Location: Hybrid in Dallas, TX – Must be on-site 3x/week.
Salary: $180k–$225k + 15% Bonus, PTO, 401(k) w/ match and comprehensive medical/dental/vision/life insurance.
Responsibilities
Lead technology initiatives and drive the evolution of e‑commerce platforms.
Strategic planning, technical oversight, and operational direction.
Team development, production support, and strategic road‑mapping.
Executive read‑outs and collaboration with design teams.
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive experience in technology roles, including at least 3+ years in a leadership position.
Direct experience in B2C e‑commerce/retail environments with high traffic volumes.
Strong background in enterprise application development and support teams.
Nice to Have
Experience with headless/Microservices/APIs.
Proficiency in React or Next.js and headless architecture.
Background in retail and e‑commerce industry.
Experience with WordPress and WooCommerce.
Hands‑on experience with production and support.
Experience working with design teams and style guides.
