Responsibilities
Handling billing procedures and resolving complex claims
Staying current with regulatory changes to ensure compliance
Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to meet service and revenue goals
Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to streamline operations
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of
home infusion billing experience
Familiarity with HIPAA standards (2+ years)
Passion for billing, claims, and document management
Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
High school diploma or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
Broad understanding of billing processes and procedures
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding performance metrics
