Reports to:
Portfolio Manager
Compensation Package
Competitive hourly pay range of $32.00 – $32.00
Monthly phone allowance of $50.00

Administrative
Comply with Fair Housing/Equal Housing Opportunities requirements
Comply with state landlord/tenant statutes
Ensure timely payroll and commission submissions
Complete weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year‑end reports
Consult with legal counsel and attend court hearings when required
Attend training and development seminars
Operational & Financial
Advertise and promote the property
Utilize industry-specific software for lead management
Provide tours to prospective and current residents
Complete full-cycle lease process with prospective residents
Ensure compliance with renter’s insurance
Review rental rates and concessions with Portfolio Manager
Maintain resident occupancy of 95%
Ensure timely rent and ancillary revenue collection
Manage delinquency process
Manage petty cash account
Process vendor invoices
Generate renewal offer letters and manage renewal leases after review
Monitor expenditures to meet operating budget
Manage turnover workflow, including vendor scheduling, move‑in/out inspections, and make‑ready inspections
Assist Portfolio Manager with annual budget preparation
Other duties as assigned by Portfolio Manager
Resident Experience
Engage prospective and current tenants professionally and courteously
Respond to and resolve unforeseen issues or emergencies promptly
Reduce tenant turnover by identifying relationship issues, mediating, and recommending solutions
Conduct quality assurance calls following completed work orders
Facilitate resident events
Leading Your Team
Guide performance of administrative staff through instruction, training, coaching, and performance management
Guide performance of maintenance staff similarly to ensure efficient and high-quality work orders and turnovers
Conduct staff meetings regularly
What You’ll Need
Authorization to work in the United States
High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in multi-family property management
1+ year of experience in staff supervision
Yardi Voyager and CRM experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Strong teamwork, ethical behavior, customer service, conflict resolution, analytical decision-making, and continuous professional development mindset
Your Work Environment
Approx. 80% office setting with computer and phone
Approx. 20% on-site property inspections (stairs, ladders, walkways)
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
