Responsibilities

Assist customers and manage cash register.

Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the fuel center.

Recover stock.

Fill out incident and security reports.

Maintain compliance documentation.

Complete daily tour and inspection.

Clean up fuel spills and complete Fuel Spill Report.

Recover displays; maintain cleanliness of department.

Perform cashier functions.

Answer telephones.

Comply with corporate policies, safety guidelines, and all standards.

Promote and follow company initiatives.

Maintain knowledge of emergency plans, numbers and procedures.

Work cooperatively in a high‑paced and sometimes stressful environment.

Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational manner.

Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.

Follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve customer and business issues.

Provide support and assistance through direct interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and/or older adults.

Must be able to perform the essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Minimum Qualifications

Familiarity with industry/technical terms and processes.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Ability to work without direct supervision.

Any related experience.

Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and organizational structure.

Experience pumping gas.
