Daybrook Kitchen & Bath is a rapidly growing brand dedicated to crafting durable, maintenance‑free bath remodeling fixtures. We are seeking an experienced Show & Events Coordinator to expand our presence across the Baltimore market.
Responsibilities3>
Research and identify events and shows within the assigned territory. Negotiate contracts with event vendors. Book an annual calendar of events and shows. Recruit, hire, and train event demonstrators. Schedule demonstrators for events. Coordinate booth and display set‑up and tear‑down. Schedule free in‑home consultations at events and shows. Collect contest entries and follow up to schedule consultations. Measure and report event results. Qualifications
Strong communication skills. Positive, outgoing personality. Excellent planning and organizational skills. Ability to coach, train, and motivate others. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to lift 30 pounds. Must be available to work weekends. This position offers a competitive salary with bonus opportunities. Location: Baltimore, MD.
