Customer Service Advisor (6-month Contract)
Base pay : $21.63/hr
Location : Minneapolis, MN (100% in-office)
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm
Employment type : Contract
Key Responsibilities
Provide top-tier service by handling inquiries via Zendesk (email/chat) or phone, including order updates, product details, complaints, and website assistance.
Track shipments, communicate with carriers, and ensure timely delivery resolution.
Manage returns; provide shipping labels, check in returned items, and issue refunds accurately.
Use various systems to record customer interactions, resolutions, and feedback.
Work closely with the team and management to identify areas of improvement, analyze trends, and resolve recurring issues.
Support the team in completing other customer service-related tasks as needed.
Essential Qualifications
Strong attendance.
Prior B2C customer service experience required (e-commerce experience preferred).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional, friendly, and empathetic demeanor.
Solution-based problem-solving skills with an ability to remain calm and proactive under pressure.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Adaptable and positive attitude, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
