to oversee global project accounting and billing.
The Opportunity
Lead revenue, billing, and project accounting functions
Oversee financial system administration and process improvements
Partner with global teams
Drive accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence across complex donor-funded projects
Manage and mentor a distributed finance team
High visibility with senior leadership and program stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
10+ years
in nonprofit/NGO accounting
Costpoint
experience strongly preferred
Background supporting international projects or regional offices
Strong communication skills and executive presence
Ability to lead with firmness, clarity, and cultural sensitivity
