The compensation for this position is $95,000.00/yr – $110,000.00/yr; the actual pay will be based on your experience and skills.
Primary Responsibilities
Ability to travel (roving)
amongst a portfolio of properties within Miami.
Leading by example and being a role model for core values and culture.
Execution of sales, marketing and operational activities to achieve occupancy and retention goals.
Managing the financial performance of properties.
Creating and delivering accurate financial and operational reports to clients.
Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships and loyalty with all constituents.
Partnering with consumer marketing to implement marketing strategies.
Consistent guest satisfaction yielding outstanding ratings and reviews.
Working weekends when prospective residents are looking for new homes—one weekend per month with two days off during the week.
Inspiring professional growth and development of all team members.
Rolling up your sleeves and assisting team members—no job is “below your pay grade.”
Qualifications
4‑year college degree or equivalent relevant experience.
5+ years of experience in property management, hospitality or retail.
Strong leadership track record.
Impeccable client and customer relationship record.
Revenue, budget and P&L management experience.
Proficiency with industry software (YARDI preferred).
Strong financial skills with basic knowledge of GAAP.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Sharp professional appearance.
