Job Description
Design, develop, test, and deploy Java-based applications and services.
Build backend services, REST APIs; integrate databases; create microservices; support CI/CD, code reviews, and performance improvements.
Work with Java 11+, Spring Boot, REST, Microservices, SQL/NoSQL, Kafka, Docker/K8s, and cloud fundamentals.
Write simple services, fix bugs, follow design guidance, write unit tests.
Own microservices, improve code quality, understand cloud deployment, handle integrations.
Architectural decision‑making for high‑scale services, performance tuning, and standards definition.
Lead enterprise architecture, platform modernization; coach teams and drive engineering roadmap.
Qualifications
B.E/B.Tech degree.
15–20 years of relevant experience.
Extensive experience with Java 11+, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, SQL/NoSQL databases, Kafka, Docker/K8s, and cloud platforms.
Proven ability to lead technical teams and shape engineering roadmaps.
