10–20+ years of progressive leadership experience in
advanced manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or industrial technology .
Proven success managing large-scale operations, high-value programs, or multi-site teams.
Deep understanding of
Lean / Six Sigma , operational excellence, and modern manufacturing systems.
Strong communication, financial, and executive presence.
Current or prior DoD, ITAR, or security clearance eligibility a plus.
