What We’re Looking For We need someone who is BOTH a sales closer and a team leader.

Sell $20K–$35K HVAC systems confidently

Train and mentor techs on sales process, communication, and turnover strategy

Run calls yourself when needed (not above jumping in)

Coach CSRs on booking, scripting, memberships, and lead quality

Handle a high pace, shifting priorities, and a high expectation environment

Build processes without overcomplicating them

Lead from the front, not from a desk

This is NOT a “corporate sit-back manager” role. It’s a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground position.

Skills & Experience That Matter

Proven HVAC sales experience (Comfort Advisor or Selling Tech required)

Successfully closed high-ticket home improvement deals

Experience in training or team leadership preferred

Strong communication and emotional intelligence

Ability to create structure while staying flexible

Confidence, presence, and the ability to build trust quickly

Comfortable with ServiceTitan (or willing to learn fast)

What You Will Do

Run sales calls (as needed) and close replacements at premium pricing

Train techs weekly & coach in the field

Improve turnover rates and membership sales

Help build a culture of accountability and performance

Support dispatch, CCRs, and the install team when needed
