Licensed Salon Manager
Sport Clips Haircuts is hiring a Salon Manager for our Elyson location. As part of the management team, you will help build a strong team that delivers excellent customer service and achieves outstanding salon results. With an existing large client base, you will join an established team with plenty of resources to ensure your success.
Responsibilities :
Motivate and manage the team of hair stylists and barbers to deliver excellent results.
Provide a championship haircut experience for clients.
Lead stylists to reach their highest potential while balancing time between cutting hair on the floor and coaching the team.
Compensation : Our managers typically earn $30–45 per hour, including base pay, tips, and bonuses.

Requirements
A valid TX cosmetology license
Salon management experience, 3 years preferred
