Position Purpose This entry‑level position provides a supportive environment for clients. Responsibilities include person‑centered engagement and interventions, medication administration, and general program oversight and safety.
Schedule & Location Schedule: Mornings and Evenings (including evening shift differential for Monday‑Friday). Location: 8th Street – 700 8th Street East, Saint Paul.
Pay Range $22.00‑$24.00 per hour, depending on qualification.
Main Job Duties
Document interactions with clients in the organization’s EHR and program‑specific documentation systems, communicating clearly with client, staff, and other parties.
Prepare, serve, and clear client/program meals according to program scheduling, sanitation, nutrition, and safety standards.
Administer medication in accordance with organization and program policies and procedures.
Maintain daily housekeeping and general cleanliness of client home, program, and workstation, conducting regular rounds (room checks) throughout the facility.
Support individuals in mental health management by identifying coping skills, practicing coping skills, and offering alternative methods.
Seniority Level Entry level.
