What You'll Do (The Game Plan)
Lead & Coach: Motivate, mentor, and manage a team of talented Stylists and Barbers, fostering a positive, professional, and fun work environment.
Drive Performance: Achieve and exceed store goals for service, retail sales, and client satisfaction.
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, cash handling, and maintaining a clean, professional store appearance.
Recruit & Train: Identify, hire, and onboard top talent, ensuring new team members are set up for success.
Client Service: Model exceptional client service, resolving issues, and ensuring every client receives the MVP experience.
