Job Responsibilities The Social Service Director (LBSW) is responsible for planning, organizing and directing the overall operation of the Social Services department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing the community. The director works to ensure the highest degree of quality resident social services, emphasizes resident empowerment and self‑determination, and models person‑centered care.
Education, Experience and/or Training
A minimum of an LBSW from an accredited college or university.
Current, unencumbered license to practice as a Social Worker.
A minimum of three years’ experience working in a social service role in a health‑related field (preferred).
Long‑term care experience (preferred).
