We are a leading tent and party rental company serving the vibrant communities of Lakewood, Toms River, and the surrounding areas. We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Account Manager to be the dedicated point of contact for our clients, ensuring their rental needs are met flawlessly from initial inquiry to post-event breakdown. This role is a fantastic blend of sales, client service, and project coordination, with significant earning potential through our salary plus net sales commission structure. Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, building strong, long-term relationships through proactive communication and outstanding service.
Sales & Quoting:
Prepare and present accurate quotes for tents, tables, chairs, linens, and other party rental equipment, leveraging product knowledge to upsell and cross-sell to maximize revenue.
Territory Coverage:
Focus on generating new business and managing accounts within the designated service areas of Lakewood, Toms River, and nearby towns.
Event Planning Coordination:
Work closely with the operations, logistics, and installation teams to ensure all client needs, timelines, and site specifications are communicated and executed accurately.
Contract Management:
Draft, manage, and finalize rental contracts, securing required deposits and ensuring all payment terms are met.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably within the events, hospitality, or rental industry.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a commissioned environment.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, crucial for managing complex event logistics.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional client interaction.
Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the assigned territory.
