Bilingual - Cemetery Sales Specialist
Location: Queen of Heaven Cemetery & Funeral Center - Lafayette, CA
Are you looking for a meaningful career that blends sales with service? We are hiring a Cemetery Sales Specialist to help families with pre-need planning and at-need cemetery arrangements. In this role, you will walk alongside families during life’s most sensitive moments, providing guidance, support, and reassurance while honoring their values and wishes.
Responsibilities
You will focus on consultative sales to meet the funeral needs of the families
You will control the success of your sales, with a supportive team behind you
You will have a chance to express your faith and join an organization with aligned values
You will experience a dynamic, fast paced environment where no two days are the same

Qualifications
Bilingual: Spanish
Prospecting experience a must
Valid Driver’s License a must
2-4 years performance-based sales
Interest in working in a Catholic environment, all backgrounds welcome to apply
