Sunberry Limited LLC, based in Farmington Hills, MI, is looking for a talented and competitive Regional Sales Managers for the School (K-12) and Healthcare segments that thrive in a quick sales cycle environment. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of phone calls and/or in-person customer visits per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing the sales cycle. The RSM positions is based at our corporate headquarters office in Farmington Hills, MI, reporting to the Director of Sales. Position - in office Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities

Source new sales opportunities through sales research by segment, inbound follow-up, and outbound cold calls and emails. Understand customer needs and requirements, along with bid requirements by segment. Route-qualified opportunities for the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure as needed. Quote bids for the appropriate segments based on parameters given by senior management, close the sales cycle, and achieve quarterly quotas. Research accounts, identify key players by segment, and generate interest. Maintain and expand your database of prospects within the scope of the position. Work with Sunberry Limited, LLC management team with channel partners (customers, distributors, and brokers) as required to build a pipeline and close deals. Perform effective online demos to prospects. Maintain product sell sheets and individual product specification sheets. Plan trade shows, organize and manage product samples as needed by the sales team, and be available to attend these events when needed. Travel extensively to key customers in the MW region (W PA, OH, WV, MI, IN, KY, IL, MO, IA & MN) when asked by supervisor. Requirements and Skills

History of over‑achieving quota. Strong phone and in‑person presence and experience dialing dozens of calls or in‑person meetings per day. Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools. Experience collaborating with proven key players within the market segment. Salesforce.com or similar CRM experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong listening and presentation skills. Friendly phone attitude on phone calls & in TEAM discussions, meetings, and with customers. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. BA/BS degree or equivalent. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
