The Lincoln office is set to become a regional broking hub for the group and requires a Senior Account Handler or Commercial Team Leader to support its expansion. Responsibilities
Handle clients from construction, manufacturing and engineering sectors, typically with GWP over £50K and premium spends well over £100K. Assist in training and developing apprentices and less‑experienced Account Handlers. Oversee junior colleagues on an ad‑hoc basis or lead as a Team Leader, allocating workloads, coaching, mentoring and conducting 1‑2‑1s. Maintain excellent communication, task‑management and organisational skills to deliver outstanding client service. Qualifications
Strong understanding of common commercial covers. Experience dealing with a variety of blue‑ and white‑collar sectors. Excellent communication, task‑management and organisational abilities. Passion for client service and a collaborative, team‑player mindset. Benefits
