What You’ll Do
Support the development and maintenance of regional product architecture and assortment strategies for the wholesale business, including life cycle management.
Contribute to the creation of curated wholesale assortments that enable regional commercial execution and align with brand and marketing objectives.
Provide data analysis, insights, and recommendations to inform marketplace strategy execution and connect to long‑term merchandise financial plans and brand strategies.
Prepare seasonal performance summaries and recaps to guide decision‑making and identify opportunities for improvement.
Assist in seasonal Go‑to‑Market preparation, including sample coordination and the creation of materials for external account presentations.
Collaborate with planning teams to monitor in‑season performance, support financial target achievement, and recommend promotional or markdown actions within established guidelines.
Conduct competitive landscape research and trend analysis to inform assortment decisions and identify new marketplace opportunities.
Execute ad‑hoc reporting and analysis to support seasonal product assortment planning and strategic decision‑making.
Manage operational deliverables such as sample tracking, seasonal reporting, and product architecture updates, ensuring timely and accurate completion of merchandising tasks.
What You’ll Bring
4 years of experience in a merchandising or buying role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience within the wholesale channel is highly desirable.
Proficiency in merchandising software and tools.
A passion for the brand and a deep understanding of the apparel market.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong knowledge of standard office productivity software, including spreadsheet and presentation applications.
