Account Executive (LPN/PTCB) Cincinatti, OH (Biotech) SpecialtyRx is a Long-Term Care pharmacy providing pharmaceutical services to long term care facilities and assisted living communities. SpecialtyRx takes pride in delivering personalized care and quality pharmacy services.

NOTICE:

SpecialtyRx is seeking an Account Executive located in Cincinnati, OH. The Account Executive will be servicing and overseeing the relationship with our long-term care facilities and assisted living communities in the surroundings of Cincinnati.

The role reports to the Account Executive Manager in accordance with local, state, federal, and company laws. An Account Executive must have a good understanding of the solution to provide adequate support and maintain long-term relationships while demonstrating excellent customer service. Responsibilities

Schedule and perform routine visits to assigned facilities.

Respond in a professional and timely manner to inquiries from client facilities.

Ability to relate to client needs.

Work with pharmacy staff to obtain information to share with client facilities and to solve client facility issues.

Perform audits of medication and treatment carts for survey preparation.

Audit antibiotics/PO/IV and back-up boxes to ensure proper par levels are maintained and medications are not expired.

Audit emergency boxes to ensure proper seal(s) are placed and medications are not expired.

Develop and maintain relationships with Administrators and Director of Nursing of client facilities to facilitate position responsibilities.

Qualifications

License in Healthcare preferred.

LPN or PTCB Experience Preferred.

Nursing Home or Assisted Living experience.

Long Term Care Pharmacy experience preferred.

Pharmacy Background.

Leadership experience.

Extensive knowledge of health care procedures.

Ability to make quick decisions, establish priorities and concentrate on detailed information.

Driven and motivated problem-solver.

Ability to work independently and team player.

Good organizational and interpersonal skills.

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Willing to drive in the State of Ohio.
