Responsibilities
Market and competitor research
Creating and implementing full funnel strategy
Setting up paid media ad campaigns
Monitoring and optimizing paid media campaigns, including budgets
Analytics: Reviewing and reporting campaign KPIs to client on a weekly and monthly basis
Providing inputs on creative copy and graphic ad templates
Keeping pace with paid media industry trends and developments
Communicating project development, timelines, and results to team and management
Collaborating with team members to meet client goals
Qualifications
6+ years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC), primarily managing paid ads on a daily and weekly basis
Proficiency in managing moderate to large-scale B2B accounts across various verticals, especially B2B SaaS, with experience in A/B and multivariate experiments
Proficiency in spreadsheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, and website analysis using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and internal reporting tools
Must Have Soft Skills
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively in a deadline-driven environment
Clear and effective articulation of thoughts and ideas
Quick learning of new industries and business types, and applying this knowledge to internet marketing initiatives and client goals
High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills
