Overview

Through the generous support of Cathy and Jim Gero, the National Park Service, Schoodic Institute, and the National Park Foundation, three fellows will work alongside National Park Service and Schoodic Institute scientists, educators, communicators, and resource managers in Acadia National Park and surrounding areas, including a Science Research Fellow, Science Communication Fellow, and an Environmental Science Education Fellow (see position descriptions below). These are 10-month positions beginning in March 2026, continuing through January 2027. Application deadline is January 6, 2026. Fellowships
