Relations & Special Events Manager – Full-Time, In-Person (Camden, NJ) Cathedral Kitchen, a leading Camden nonprofit providing meals, workforce development, and social services, seeks a dynamic professional to manage corporate partnerships and special events.

Reporting to the VP of Development, this outward‑facing role cultivates corporate sponsors, oversees group volunteer engagement, and leads major events, including CK’s 50th Anniversary initiatives and the annual Harvest fundraiser. Key responsibilities include managing corporate volunteer projects; coordinating sponsorships, in‑kind support, and special projects; leading the Harvest for Hunger Auction Committee; supporting community outreach events; conducting prospect research; and representing CK at meetings and activities, occasionally on evenings or weekends.

Candidates should have 3–5 years' experience in corporate relations, events, fundraising, or volunteer management; strong communication and organizational skills; and the ability to manage multiple projects. Experience with donor or volunteer management systems is a plus, along with a commitment to CK’s mission.
