About The Role Intermedia is seeking a Strategic Channel Account Executive to work alongside Intermedia’s top partners to sell cloud communication services to mid‑market and enterprise customers headquartered within the United States and Canada.

Key responsibilities include:

Establishing strong business relationships with current and prospective partner management teams to articulate Intermedia’s partner strategy.

Acting as the resident expert on Intermedia’s UC solutions and leading sales efforts through partners to close end‑customer business.

Developing a strong understanding of key differentiators, internal and external systems, sales methodologies, and processes.

Prospecting for new business through qualifying and selling software solutions and services in conjunction with the strategic partner ecosystem.

Closing deals in partnership with the partner throughout the sales process.

Conducting one‑on‑one and group sales presentations and solution demonstrations.

Tracking customer information, forecasts, and reports.

Working with the partner to manage contract sign‑off alongside the legal department.

Creating pipeline through campaigns, joint partner events, and prospecting.

Leading joint selling activities including customer meetings, demos, quotes, and proposals.

What You Will Bring

5+ years of direct sales experience.

Proficient consultative selling skills.

Demonstrable track record of business development and closure.

Experience selling UCaaS, cloud contact center, and related applications.

Experience selling to corporate clients and/or telecom service providers.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Competent closing ability and ability to represent the company at senior levels.

Skilled in managing a multi‑channel pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce.com.

Collaborative, solution‑oriented, consultative selling mindset.

Technical proficiency in learning and presenting Intermedia’s UC solutions.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
