Job Summary Xfinity Retail Sales Consultant

at Comcast. Hourly rate: $15.00 base per hour plus $1,330 per month Targeted Commission (Total Target Compensation $22.69). Job location: Tucson, AZ.

Responsibilities

Work directly with customers in a retail location, evaluating their product needs and making appropriate recommendations.

Provide outstanding customer service in all interactions.

Help customers interpret account statements, pay bills in‑store, and clarify any questions about current or new services.

Make changes to account data, upgrade service levels, and process all general service requests.

Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.

Maintain expert-level knowledge of technology, especially Comcast products and services.

Keep detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.

Meet individual goals and metrics.

Contribute to a fun and competitive environment by connecting products and services to customers’ everyday lifestyles.

What You Will Need To Have

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Generally 2–5 years of related experience; preferably consumer electronics or wireless retail sales experience.

Ability to work a full‑time, flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, holidays, and variable shifts.

Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.

Ability to carry or lift up to 25 pounds and stand and move around the store constantly.
