What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and maintain relationships with residential clients, including real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and attorneys
Generate sales leads and execute a call plan for prospective clients
Assess client needs and create tailored solutions to meet those needs
Actively participate in real estate industry functions and community events to enhance visibility
Collaborate with internal marketing teams to create local marketing content and drive brand awareness
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma
2-5 years of successful experience in the residential title or real estate industry
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
Valid driver’s license
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies for real estate services
Demonstrated ability to adapt sales strategies to changing market conditions
Familiarity with the competitive landscape of the real estate industry
