About the Role

Manages service or sale of a portfolio of accounts.

Estimates and analyzes records, revenue and administrative commitments.

Identifies and contacts new customers, handles needs.

Builds positive relationships, resolves conflicts and provides solutions.

Predicts market trends, develops new sales ideas.

Sets and tracks sales account targets, aligned to company objectives.

Interprets accounts and records for management.

May be responsible for sales budget; may attend trade shows and conferences.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience.

3–5 years of experience in an equivalent sales position.

Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, negotiation and persuasion skills.

Strong interpersonal and listening skills, proactive problem solving and sound judgment.

Experience opening new markets and establishing new customers.

Experience in manufacturing or engineering proven sales and marketing ability.

Consistent track record of increasing sales revenue.

Computer skills in Microsoft Office, CRM (Microsoft CRM/JD Edwards) or similar.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
