At Beazer Homes, the New Home Sales Counselor is the face of our company, responsible for creating exceptional homebuying experiences for prospective buyers. You will actively manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to contract execution—while maintaining a high level of customer service and meeting or exceeding company sales goals. This role plays a key part in representing Beazer’s values of integrity, quality, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management:

Generate, manage, and convert leads through follow-up, CRM tools, and onsite engagement to meet sales targets.

Customer Experience:

Deliver a world-class customer experience through consistent communication, personalized service, and a thorough understanding of Beazer's product offerings.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain expert-level knowledge of floorplans, features, options, community benefits, and Beazer’s unique selling propositions including Mortgage Choice, Energy Efficiency, and Choice Plans™.

Homebuying Process Guidance:

Guide prospects through the homebuying process—from initial inquiry and model tours to contract execution—while educating them on timelines, design options, financing, and closing procedures.

Model and Community Presentation:

Ensure model homes, sales offices, and community information are professionally presented and well-maintained at all times.

Market Monitoring:

Monitor local market conditions, including competitor communities, pricing, incentives, and trends.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with internal departments such as construction, design studio, mortgage partners, and customer care to ensure seamless delivery of the customer experience.

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in new home sales or residential real estate preferred

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred

Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work weekends and holidays

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

Professional, customer-first attitude

Knowledge of construction processes and real estate transactions

Bilingual capabilities are a plus
