Responsible for receiving orders and accurately entering orders into SAP order management software.
Prepare the Order Acknowledgment.
Prepare invoices.
Prepare the Lien Waivers.
Assist the project managers with administrative duties.
Support other departments such as Technical Support, Purchasing, Logistics, Manufacturing, Commercial, Product Managers, etc.
Support other ordering processing including expediting orders, change orders, etc.
Manage order status and resolve discrepancies.
Monitor Sales Revenue Recognition.
Roles and Responsibilities
Maintain and make available complete and current project documents and related information throughout the project cycle.
Develop conceptual knowledge of the professional discipline; may include support roles with specialized expertise or in a broad area.
Apply general knowledge of business developed through education or experience; understand how work of own team contributes to the area.
Resolve issues using established procedures; consult supervisor or senior team members for issues outside defined instructions/parameters.
Support logistics processes, good receipt, inventory checks, etc.
Collect and administer proof of deliveries.
Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering or Business.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, engineering, manufacturing.
Or related field (or associate degree with at least 4 years of experience in project management, engineering, manufacturing, or related field).
Desired Characteristics
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Strong PowerPoint skills; familiarity with video conferencing and scanning.
Excellent administrative, organizational and professional communication skills (verbal and written).
SAP experience preferable.
Demonstrated professional interpersonal skills – high motivation, integrity, self-confidence and initiative.
Extreme attention to detail, follow up, highly organized.
Demonstrated ability to balance workload under short deadlines and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $69,600.00 and $104,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
