Location: Glens Falls, NY
Salary: $22.00/hr - $22.00/hr (Base pay range)
The Salvation Army USA Eastern Territory is seeking a Part‑Time Program Accounts Manager to manage the Home Delivered Meals program at the Glens Falls Corps Team. The role involves directing day‑to‑day operations and ensuring program success.
Scope and Purpose of Position To direct and manage the day‑to‑day operations of the Glens Falls Corps.

Responsibilities
Support and uphold the Mission of The Salvation Army.
General account management.
Billing management.
Monthly invoicing.
Order food and program supplies.
Maintain and build relationships with vendors.
Work hand‑in‑hand with the Corps Officers to ensure program deadlines are met.
Liaison between The Salvation Army and Warren County.
Seek out cost‑effective options to save program money.
Qualifications
Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
General business administration and office management.
Account management experience.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work independently with high degree of attention to detail.
Superior time management and planning.
Problem solver and solution driven.
