Gpac is working with an agriculture company seeking a motivated and results‑driven
Chemical and Fertilizer Sales Representative
to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling agricultural chemicals and fertilizers to farmers and agribusinesses across the state. You will leverage your strong chemistry background to provide expert advice on product selection, ensuring customers receive the best solutions to optimize crop yields and soil health. The role will involve building strong customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring timely product delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential customers.
Advise clients on the best chemical and fertilizer products, using your expertise in chemistry to recommend effective solutions.
Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
Provide product demonstrations and technical support to customers.
Stay informed about industry trends, product innovations, and best practices.
Qualifications
Strong background in chemistry, with an understanding of agricultural chemicals and fertilizers.
3+ years experience in sales of chemical and fertilizer is required.
Knowledge of crop management, soil science, and agronomy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A valid driver's license.
