Channel Sales Manager – Trimble Inc.
Job Location: Nodics or Baltics – Remote
Department: AECO – Architects, Engineers & Construction Owners
What You Will Do
Support strategic planning within a fast‑paced and dynamic partner ecosystem
Acquire, retain and manage resellers and optimize their performance
Generate revenue forecasts and determine reseller quotas
Audit reseller capability and apply custom approaches to achieve your goals
Measure reseller performance and implement incentive frameworks to improve it
Work with partners to produce business and marketing plans
Work closely with partner marketing teams to support demand‑generation activities
Increase focus on account management to expand within mid‑sized companies
Collaborate with Trimble teams to deliver localized assets for growth and retention
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
4+ years of experience in channel sales management
Understanding of local marketing needs
SaaS sales experience, including high‑value account management
Strong negotiation skills
Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
Knowledge of current reseller channels in the AECO market is favorable
Ability to travel when needed (approx. 20%)
