The Sales Representative is responsible for interacting and consulting with customers and guiding them through their vehicle purchase. The goal for the role is to create the best vehicle-buying experience and to make lifelong customers.
Responsibilities
Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options and store policies and services to customers.
Manage sales leads, respond to inquiries in a timely fashion, and answer questions on available stock and product performance.
Keep abreast of new products, features and accessories. Attend product and training courses.
Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business
Qualifications
Requires professional demeanor and uses effective communication skills
Must be Internet savvy, have good computer skills, and excellent organizational skills to help keep track of all sales leads and to keep the website data up-to-date
Excellent follow up and follow through skills
