What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead collaboration across cross-functional teams to align sales enablement requests with business goals

Curate and create advanced sales enablement content focusing on complex solutions and sales techniques

Define and maintain a library of templates and best practices for sales enablement content

Develop metrics to track the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives

Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on analysis of performance metrics

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree

6-8 years of experience in sales, sales support, sales enablement, or a similar support role

Proficiency in using sales enablement platforms and AI capabilities

Strong project management experience across diverse teams

Effective communication skills to foster trust and accountability

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Deep understanding of adult learning and instructional design principles

Experience with tools such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, Microsoft Copilot, Articulate Rise, or Highspot

Data-driven problem-solving approach and ability to measure impact

Flexibility in managing competing priorities and navigating dynamic environments
