Who Are We? The Brothers that just do Gutters are a full-service rain gutter and gutter guard franchise. We repair, install, and maintain Seamless Gutters, Gutter Guard, Specialty Gutters and many other services. We have multiple locations across the United States and invest in our workers, listening to them and creating a comfortable work environment.

If you like a shorter sale and the opportunity for a one-call close, this is a great business model. 80% of the people we meet with contact us directly and want or need our services. We expect you to ask for referrals, join networking groups and find new untapped clientele regularly, but this only makes up 10-20% of your effort. We don’t do pushy 4-hour sales closes. We educate clients, show them the best solutions, and sell what they need. Our current team sells over $1 million per year each, earning a great salary and a balanced life.
Basic Function To sell The Brothers that just do Gutters services to the public, providing quality products to customers and profitability for the company.
Sales and Estimating Responsibilities
Attends all estimates on time.
Prices new opportunities within 48 hours of the onsite visit using the company's production rates.
Returns incoming phone calls professionally within 8 business hours.
Provides product differentiation throughout the selling process.
Sells the company’s services competitively by understanding customer needs.
Visits every sold job at least once to maintain relationships.
Maintains consistent follow-up on all open bids.
Targets and markets the most profitable jobs.
Prioritizes work to achieve sales goals.
Maintains a closing rate of at least 40%.
Develops a prospecting plan to generate leads.
Participates in networking groups.
Relentlessly seeks referrals and new business.
Manages workflow using the company CRM.
Sets and achieves goals for sales volume, closing rates, and gross profits.
Communication
Maintains regular communication with owners, staff, and field personnel.
Communicates with customers professionally, punctual, and prompt.
Shares necessary job information with crew leaders.
Keeps crew leaders and painters informed about jobs.
Communicates with all employees positively and respectfully.
Other Responsibilities
Demonstrates positive leadership with all employees.
Attends all meetings on time.
Works the required hours per week.
Assists in developing and implementing new systems.
Participates in problem-solving and solution implementation.
Supports company growth and follows through on initiatives.
