Base pay starts at $15.00 – $16.66 per hour, depending on experience and location. Competitive commissions can bring average earnings to $19.00 – $25.00 per hour, with top performers earning $30+ per hour. Responsibilities

Use a side‑by‑side selling approach to identify personalized solutions beyond phones and plans, including accessories and connected devices. Uncover needs and offer tailored recommendations.
